Three days later
Zain
Zain
You’ll never guess what?
Callie
Callie
Hi Zain! What is it?
Zain
Zain
It’s my computer.
Callie
Callie
Oh no! Is it on the blink? 😉
Zain
Zain
Well, it’s working, but it’s soooooooo slow.
Zain
Zain
I need faster action.
Callie
Callie
You poor thing.
Callie
Callie
You sound frustrated!
Zain
Zain
I am. Very.
Zain
Zain
Do you think you could help me?
Zain
Zain
I have a feeling you’ll know all the right buttons to press.
Callie
Callie
I’ll do my best.
Callie
Callie
See you in about fifteen minutes.
Thirty minutes later there’s a knock on Zain’s door.
Zain lets Callie in and tries to act nonchalant.
But that form-fitting t-shirt she’s wearing – it takes his breath away.
He’s wearing his sexiest pair of jeans (his last girlfriend told him they were, anyway) –
And he can tell that Callie is checking him out too.
Callie
Callie
Okay, let’s see if I can figure out what’s wrong with your computer.
Zain
Zain
It’s over here.
He leads her to his desk.
Callie
Callie
Jesus – how long have you had that dinosaur?
Zain
Zain
I’m not sure – maybe about seven years?
Callie
Callie
I think you need a new computer more than anything else.
Callie
Callie
But let me see what I can do.
Callie sits down and expertly taps the keys of his computer.
Callie
Callie
You have WAY too many photos on your desktop.
Callie
Callie
That’s what’s been slowing you down.
Callie
Callie
Okay if I move them to the cloud?
Zain
Zain
I’ve been meaning to do that.
Zain
Zain
I’ve just never understood what the cloud is, or how it works.
Callie
Callie
You don’t? What is it you do for a living?
Zain
Zain
I’m a chef. Computer skills are not that important in my line of work.
Callie
Callie
Good thing you know how to cook – and flip mattresses –
Callie
Callie
Or you’d be useless.
She swiftly starts transferring Zain’s files.
After a few minutes, Zain plants some kisses on the back of her neck.
And she lets him.
Then they start kissing,
Callie’s fingers slide off the keyboard and get lost in Zain’s luxurious curly black hair.
Then they slide down to his chest.
After a while, Callie speaks. Her voice is muffled.
Callie
Callie
Wait! I need to finish fixing your computer.
Zain
Zain
You don’t have to do that right now.
Callie
Callie
I do! Otherwise I won’t feel I’ve met my end of the bargain.
Zain
Zain
Alright. If you insist.
Reluctantly he lets go of Callie and lets her return to the computer.
She resumes transferring Zain’s photos to the cloud.
Callie
Callie
Lots of pictures of that red-haired woman.
Callie
Callie
She’s cute.
Callie
Callie
Who is she?
Callie
Callie
Not that it’s any of my business.
Zain
Zain
Oh…that’s Julia. We used to go out.
Zain
Zain
Not anymore.
Callie
Callie
Oh, that’s good.
Callie
Callie
I mean…not that I care.
Callie
Callie
It’s just that if you were dating someone...
Callie
Callie
I assume she wouldn’t be too happy if she knew you were flipping mattresses with someone else.
Zain
Zain
No, she moved away and she’s out of the picture.
Zain
Zain
Better she goes into the cloud.
Zain
Zain
Are you almost done?
Callie performs a few more keystrokes.
Callie
Callie
Done!
Zain
Zain
Because speaking of mattresses…
Zain
Zain
I’d like to show you mine.
Zain is strong, and Callie is fairly petite.
He lifts her up out of the chair and carries her into his bedroom.
After laying her on his mattress he undresses her from head to toe.
Zain
Zain
You worked very hard.
Zain
Zain
And I thought I would repay you with my tongue.
Callie
Callie
Mmmmmmmmmm.
Zain plants butterfly kisses on Callie’s neck. Then he trails his lips further down her body, sending her into bliss.
Thirty minutes later, Zain’s clothes are off too.
Callie
Callie
Would you like me to…?
Zain
Zain
Not this time.
He takes out a condom.
Zain
Zain
There’s something else I want to do right now.
They make love, and the sex is even better than last time.
They’re still new to each other, but they know a little more about what the other one likes.
When they finish, they are exhausted and end up falling asleep in each other’s arms.
Three hours later, Callie suddenly wakes up. She hadn’t intended to stay, and gets up to leave.
Zain wakes up at the sound of her movements.
Zain
Zain
You know, you can stay if you’d like.
Callie
Callie
No, I don’t think so.
Callie
Callie
Let’s just keep this casual.
Callie
Callie
We’re just providing services to each other. I like it that way.
Callie
Callie
We can be Neighbors With Benefits.
Zain
Zain
Okay, if that’s really what you want.
Callie
Callie
Yes. And that reminds me…
Zain
Zain
What?
Callie
Callie
I really need to move my couch to the other side of the living room.
Callie
Callie
Can you help me do that on Thursday?
Zain
Zain
You bet I can.
Callie
Callie
And in return, I’ll…
